We are committed to the quality and performance of our CSB products. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. 

In addition to your rights under the ACL, we provide a Quality Guarantee as outlined below.


Quality Guarantee

Our CSB quality guarantee is restricted to one (1) year from the date of your CSB purchase, and proof of purchase is required. This limited guarantee does not apply to Products impacted by ordinary wear and tear, personal preference, misuse or accidents. For Products where the Quality Guarantee does not apply, please see our Return Policy.

Our products go through extensive testing to ensure they perform for their intended use. We feel that this time frame allows you to experience your item and make sure you love it. Beyond one year, we’ll consider items with clear product defects on a case-by-case basis.

All quality returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you’ve had your item less than a year, our team will offer a resolution that satisfies your specific concern.  


What’s Covered

Manufacturing faults, including:

  1. Seam failures or stitching coming undone

  2. Fabric defects (e.g. holes not caused by wear)

  3. Faulty zippers, clasps, or hardware

  4. Significant colour bleeding or dye issues (outside of care expectations)

  5. Pilling


What’s Not Covered

  1. General wear and tear (e.g. fading over time)

  2. Damage from incorrect care (e.g. hot washes, tumble drying if not recommended)

  3. Snagging, pulls, or abrasions from external surfaces

  4. Items used outside their intended purpose (e.g. high-friction sports for lifestyle pieces)

  5. Change of mind, sizing, or fit issues (handled via returns policy instead)


Assessment Process

If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please complete our quality guarantee review here:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and the fault

All claims are assessed individually. If your product is found to have a manufacturing fault, we will offer a remedy in line with your rights under the ACL and/or our quality guarantee, which may include repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances. The product may be required to be returned for further assessment.
