All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Queensland, Australia and dispatch timeframes are based on AEST business days and public holidays.

• In-stock Orders: We will aim to ship orders within 1 business day of your order being placed.

• Sale/Launch Periods: Expect up to 7 business days for dispatch due to high order volumes. Next-day delivery is not available during these times.

• Orders with Pre-order/Pre-sale Items: If your order contains delayed dispatch items it will ship in full on the specified date for those items. All pre-order items will ship together with in-stock items at the pre-order specified date. For quicker delivery of in-stock items, please place separate orders.
