If you need to make changes to your order, we recommend doing so as soon as possible.
You’ll have a 30-minute window after placing your order to make updates. During this time, you can use the “View or Edit Order” link in your confirmation email to update your shipping address or make eligible changes.
If it’s been more than 30 minutes since your order was placed, please reach out to our team at [email protected] as soon as possible. While we’ll always do our best to assist before your order is dispatched, we’re unable to guarantee changes due to our fast processing times.
