CSB Pilates Giveaway Terms & ConditionsUpdated 5 hours ago

By participating in the Crop Shop Boutique ("CSB") Pilates and CSB Giveaway ("Giveaway"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

 

1. Sponsor

This Giveaway is sponsored by Crop Shop Boutique Pty Ltd and Crop Shop Boutique LLC  (“CSB” or “Sponsor”).


2. Eligibility

This Giveaway is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 or older at the time of entry, except those who reside in the Australian Capital Territory. Employees of CSB and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law. The recipient cannot be located in a currently embargoed country as per CSB’s Shipping Policy.


3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on Monday, 6 October 2025 at 9:00 AM AEST and ends on Monday, 13 October 2025 at 11:59 PM AEST ("Giveaway Period"). Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.


4. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, complete the following steps during the Giveaway Period:

  1. Visit https://shopcsb.co/pages/pilates-giveaway/ and complete the giveaway entry form to receive 1 x entry to the competition.
  2. For 1 x additional entry, follow @csb on Instagram and like the official Giveaway post

A maximum of 2 x entries per person are applicable if completing all of the above steps. Incomplete or automated entries will be disqualified.


5. Prizes

  • 1 x Grand Prize Winner:

 Up to AUD $3,000 to be used toward Pilates-related expenses, including but not limited to:

  • Studio memberships
  • Group or private class passes
  • At-home Pilates equipment (e.g. reformers, mats, props)

This may be awarded in the form of reimbursement, direct purchase, or gift card, at CSB’s discretion. If the grand prize winner resides outside of Australia, the prize amount will be transferred to their local currency based on XE.com transfer rate.

  • 3 x Runner-Up Winners:
    Each will receive a AUD $500 CSB eGift Card to be used on www.shopcsb.com
    Depending on the location of the runners up, the gift card will be issued to shop on the relevant CSB regional website.


6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners will be selected at random.
  • All winners will be contacted via email by Friday 17 October 2025.
  • Winners must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond will result in a redraw.


7. General Conditions

By entering, participants:

  • Agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, including consenting to receiving Marketing collateral from CSB to the email address and/or phone number provided in the entry form
  • Grant CSB permission to use their name, Instagram handle, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law
  • CSB reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these terms
  • Prizes are awarded at the discretion of CSB and may not be exchanged or substituted

CSB reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway for any reason, including technical issues or fraud.


8. Liability

CSB is not responsible for:

  • Any technical difficulties that prevent entries from being received
  • Any delays, losses or miscommunications regarding prize fulfilment
  • Any tax implications that may arise from prize winnings
  • Any injury, loss  or damage that may arise from participation in the promotion or from the use, misuse, or acceptance of any prize awarded (including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or indirect/consequential loss)
  • All prizes are accepted at the winner’s own risk.

 

9. Meta Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta i.e. Instagram and Facebook. By entering, participants acknowledge that Meta bears no responsibility for this giveaway. All information provided is being submitted to CSB, not Meta, and will be used solely for the purposes of administering the promotion.


10. Privacy

All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion and future marketing (if opted-in).
