By participating in the Crop Shop Boutique (“CSB”) A Year of Wellness, On Us Giveaway (“Giveaway”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Sponsor
This Giveaway is sponsored by Crop Shop Boutique Pty Ltd (ACN: 632776464) and Crop Shop Boutique LLC (collectively, “CSB” or the “Sponsor”).
The prize will be provided in the form of a Best Wellness gift voucher, subject to the terms and conditions of the voucher provider.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to individuals in Australia only and aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Employees of CSB, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
This Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Entrants must reside in a country to which CSB is able to ship. Please refer to CSB’s Shipping Policy for applicable shipping restrictions.
CSB reserves the right to verify an entrant’s eligibility at any time.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway opens on Monday 14 September 2026 at 8AM AEST and closes on Monday 21 September 2026 at 7AM AEST (“Giveaway Period”).
Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete all of the following steps during the Giveaway Period:
Sign up to CSB email database via the link provided.
One entry per person. Incomplete, duplicate, or automated entries will be disqualified.
5. Prize
1 x winner will receive a year-long wellness and recovery experience for themselves and one friend, with a total prize value of up to $5,200 AUD.
The prize is based on a value of $50 per week, per person, for 52 weeks.
The prize will be provided in the form of a Best Wellness gift voucher with a maximum total value of $5,200 AUD.
The winner may use the voucher towards a wellness and recovery centre of their choice, subject to the availability, participating locations, services, and terms and conditions of Best Wellness.
The winner is responsible for selecting their preferred wellness and recovery centre and ensuring the selected centre accepts the Best Wellness gift voucher.
The prize is intended to cover the equivalent of up to $50 per week per person for 52 weeks. Any costs exceeding the total prize value, including additional services, upgrades, fees, or expenses, will be the responsibility of the winner.
The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period on Monday 21 September 2026 at 9AM AEST.
The draw will take place at 5/18 Township Drive, Burleigh Heads QLD 4220.
The winner will be contacted directly by CSB by email via [email protected] on Monday 21 September 2026 AEST.
CSB will never ask the winner to provide payment details or purchase anything in order to claim their prize.
If the selected winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, or is found to be ineligible, CSB reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.
If the prize is not claimed, the competition will be redrawn on Monday 28 September 2026 at 10am AEST at 5/18 Township Drive, Burleigh Heads QLD 4220.
7. General Conditions
By entering the Giveaway, participants:
Agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements.
Confirm that their entry complies with these Terms and Conditions.
CSB reserves the right to:
Verify the validity of any entry and an entrant’s eligibility.
Disqualify any entrant who provides false information, tampers with the entry process, uses fraudulent or automated methods, or otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions.
Cancel, suspend, withdraw, or modify the Giveaway where necessary due to technical issues, fraud, circumstances beyond CSB’s reasonable control, or where required by law.
Substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value where the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond CSB’s reasonable control.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CSB is not responsible for:
Technical issues, platform failures, or other circumstances that prevent or delay entry submission.
Lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries or communications.
Any delays, cancellations, closures, or issues relating to the availability or use of the wellness and recovery centre selected by the winner.
Any additional costs, fees, travel expenses, upgrades, or services incurred by the winner or their friend that exceed the value of the prize.
Any taxes, duties, or additional costs incurred as a result of accepting or using the prize, where applicable.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable law.
9. Instagram / Meta Disclaimer
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
By entering, participants acknowledge that Instagram and Meta bear no responsibility for the administration or conduct of this Giveaway.
10. Privacy
Any personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used for the purpose of administering the Giveaway, including verifying eligibility, contacting the winner, and fulfilling the prize, in accordance with CSB’s Privacy Policy.
Where a participant has separately provided consent to receive marketing communications, their information may also be used for future marketing purposes in accordance with CSB’s Privacy Policy.
