2025 Best Sellers Giveaway - Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Crop Shop Boutique (“CSB”) 2025 Best Sellers Giveaway (“Giveaway”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Sponsor

This Giveaway is sponsored by Crop Shop Boutique Pty Ltd and Crop Shop Boutique LLC (“CSB” or “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

This Giveaway is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of CSB and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law. Winners must not be located in a country currently embargoed under CSB’s Shipping Policy. Not eligible for anyone located in the ACT

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway will run during the following periods:

• APAC: From 19 December 2025 at 9:00 AM AEDT to 22 December 2025 at 11:59 PM AEDT
• Rest of World (ROW): From 18 December 2025 at 2:00 PM PST to 21 December 2025 at 4:59 AM PST

Entries submitted outside of the applicable Giveaway Period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete their details and submit the  form on the entry page.

5. Prize

1 winner will win a $1,000 AUD gift card to select 10 styles from CSB’s 2025 Best Sellers collection. Promotional references to “10 styles” are illustrative only and represent an example of what may be purchased with the gift card. Styles are subject to availability. No cash alternative will be provided.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be selected at random via a verified draw
• The winner will be contacted via email on December 23rd 2025
• The winner must respond within 72 hours of notification to claim the prize
• If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, CSB reserves the right to redraw the prize

7. General Conditions

By entering, participants:

• Agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions
• Grant CSB permission to use their name, Instagram handle, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law
• Acknowledge that prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged
• Acknowledge that CSB reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms
• CSB reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Giveaway if required due to technical issues, fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Liability

CSB is not responsible for:

• Technical issues that prevent entry or participation
• Lost, delayed, or misdirected communications
• Any tax obligations associated with winning the prize

9. Meta Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook, Instagram etc.). By entering, you acknowledge that Meta Platforms  bear no responsibility for this Giveaway.

10. Privacy

All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with CSB’s Privacy Policy and will be used solely for the purposes of administering this Giveaway and future marketing communications (where consent is provided).
